Please verify that you have the right information and documents before starting the sign-up process and that the conditions to become a seller apply to you.
After successfully submitting all business verification, you are prompted to continue setting up your shop.
This includes:

• Linking Official TikTok Account

Note: As a corporate seller, you can set up to 5 shops, but only one shop at a time. You won't be able to register multiple shops simultaneously.

After submitting your business information, you will receive a notification if you need to edit any registration information.
What happens if my registration cannot be verified?Please go back and verify the information you entered into Seller Center does not include any errors. If you are requested to submit documentation, please ensure it exactly matches the information you submitted to Seller Center.
What if I get a notification for unclear documentation?If you receive a rejection due to an unclear image, please ensure that the images you upload meet the following conditions:

1. Clear, high-quality, complete copy of the document
2. Documentation is not expired
3. JPG, JPEG, PNG, or PDF format only
4. Blurry, cropped, or altered (such as filtered) images are not allowed. Neither are screenshots with phone or computer screen banners and icons displayed allowed.

Link Official TikTok Account

Linking an Official TikTok Account to a TikTok Shop is a powerful way to develop a presence on TikTok and drive traffic to a sellers brand and products.
Notice:

• Each TikTok Shop Seller Account may only have 1 Official Account.
• Products uploaded to the TikTok Shop will automatically appear in the Official Account's.
• Sellers may change the Official Account of their TikTok Shop, however Official Account may be changed a maximum of 3 times.
• The TikTok Shop name will become the TikTok Official Account's nickname.
• After linking to the TikTok Shop, the TikTok Official Account will be granted e-commerce video and LIVE permissions.
