Product Combined Listing

What is Combined Listing?

It's a tool which enables you to create a new Product ID by combining 2 or more existing SKUs already in the shop, and it shares the same inventory information with the original SKUs.
e.g., If a seller is selling both Product A and B, then he can create a new SKU, C, which contains both A&B, and the new SKU will share inventory with A&B.

Frequently Asked Questions(FAQs):

How are sales calculated?

Combined listing and combined SKU sales are separate and do not affect each other. For example, using the combined listing tool to merge products A and B into C won't increase sales for A or B when C is sold. Likewise, the sales of A and B do not impact C.

Will existing product reviews transfer to the Combined Listing?

No, after creating a Combined Listing, the newly created product will not display any historical reviews from the combined SKU.

Why can't I modify the inventory of the combined listing?

Combined listing inventory relies on the original SKU and is shared in real-time. You can only modify the inventory of the original SKU, not directly for the combined listing.

What is the inventory logic of Combined Listings?

The inventory of the combined listing is determined by the lowest inventory among the combined SKUs. For example, if you combine Product A, B, and C, with stock levels of 10, 5, and 8 respectively, then the inventory of the combined listing product will be 5.

Which products can be combined via this tool?

  • The product status must be "Live."
  • Quick Product posts, freebies, virtual goods, and already combined listings are not allowed for creating combined products.
  • SKUs must be under the same primary category.
