Check Tax Invoices

Introduction

1. Export and download the invoices (in PDF format) issued by our platform to you.
2. Export and download the supporting invoice detail excel file. This excel file would give you the breakdown by order level alongside the respective fees that were charged to each of these orders.
   

The following fees are the ones that you can find on your invoices in Seller Center.

• Platform Commission
• Shipping Fee

Notes:

The invoice will be uploaded within 15 working days after the cut off date.

2. How to access

1. go to Finance > Invoices

Select the invoice that you want and you can click:

• 'Download', if you want to download the invoice document (PDF format)
• 'Export invoice detail', if you want to export and download the supporting invoice details (excel format)

2. If you have successfully exported the files, a pop up message will show up to tell you that you have successfully exported it.
3. You can then proceed to 'Export History' button and proceed to download files.
