Late Dispatch Rate (LDR)

What is the Late Dispatch Rate (LDR)?

The Late Dispatch Rate (LDR) is the percentage of all orders (over a period of 7 calendar days) that fail to meet the fulfillment SLA based on the applicable logistics model:
  • Ship by Seller: All orders must be updated to “Awaiting Collection” status by 23:59H within 2 business days from when the order was placed. If the order is placed on a non-business day, it must reach “Awaiting Collection” status by 23:59H on the 2nd business day after the order is placed.
  • Ship by Tiktok (Haya-Ship): All orders must be updated to “Shipped” status by 23:59H within 3 business days from when the order was placed. If the order is placed on a non-business day, it must reach “Shipped” status by 23:59H on the 3rd business day after the order is placed.
You should aim for an LDR of less than 4%.

Where can I find my LDR?

You can find your LDR in the Shop Health section of the Seller Center.

What about Non-business days and Public Holidays?

  • A "business day" refers to any day from Monday to Friday. Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays are considered non-business days.
Non-business days and Public Holidays are not counted when your LDR is calculated.

What would happen if I do not meet the target above?

Enforcement actions may be taken depending on how high the number of late orders are. Order Volume Limits may be applied as follows:
  • LDR is ≥10% but <30% -> You will only be able to sell up to 90% of your average daily order volume
  • LDR is ≥30% but <50% -> You will only be able to sell up to 70% of your average daily order volume
LDR is ≥50% -> You will only be able to sell up to 50% of your average daily order volume

How can I achieve a low LDR?

  1. Ensure that your inventory updated in the Seller Center is accurate to prevent sourcing delays;
  2. Use trackable shipping methods using TikTok Shop's Approved Integrated Carriers for all orders; and
Verify the accuracy of shipping details, including the tracking number and carrier, before updating the order status in the Seller Center
