Avoid promoting these products:- Slimming and fat loss products - E.g. pills, beverages, patches, creams, oils.
- High-risk muscle gain products - E.g. anabolic precursors, prohormones, growth hormone peptides.
- Misleading weight loss claims - Do not make exaggerated promises, showcase extreme transformations, or use body-shaming language.
- Exaggerated muscle building claims - Avoid making unrealistic statements about muscle growth such as "Gain 10kg of muscle in 10 days", "Gain muscle fast", "Bulk up quickly", or showcase exaggerated before-and-after depictions of muscle gain.

- Promoting non-medical weight gain products - E.g. milk, honey, supplements.
- Mentioning non-exaggerated weight loss or muscle gain effects in your promotional content.
- These mentions are only allowed when paired with broader health benefits. They cannot be the main focus of your content.
- For example: Creatine, protein powders, and similar products may be promoted if the focus is on overall wellness or athletic performance and not solely on appearance changes.
