The Judge.me Product Reviews App is a third-party integration that allows sellers to import product reviews from their existing Judge.me account into TikTok Shop.
Judge.me is a widely used review collection platform that helps e-commerce sellers gather and display verified buyer feedback. If you already use Judge.me to manage product reviews on your own website or online store (e.g. Shopify), this app allows you to bring those existing reviews into TikTok Shop.
By displaying authentic customer reviews on your product detail pages, you can build trust with new shoppers, improve product credibility, and boost sales performance, without starting from scratch.

How to Connect Your Judge.me

Account to TikTok Shop

Step 1: Install the App

  1. Go to your TikTok Shop Seller Center.
  2. Navigate to Growth > App Store.
  3. Search for Judge.me Product Reviews App.
  4. Click Install, confirm the authorisations, and follow the instructions.

Step 2: Connect Your Judge.me

Account
After installation, you'll be redirected to Judge.me to log in. Once logged in, your account will be connected to TikTok Shop.

Export Reviews from Judge.me

to TikTok Shop

Step 1: Start the Sync from Judge.me

  1. In your Judge.me admin panel, go to Settings > Integrations.
  2. Find TikTok Shop, and click Get Started

  1. Choose how your products were added to TikTok Shop:
  • Shopify IDs (Recommended): I added products to TikTok Shop using the official Shopify connector app. Products will be matched using the Shopify ID automatically.
  • GTIN barcodes: I added products to TikTok Shop manually or through another app. Products will be matched based on barcodes (GTINs).

Important: Reviews cannot be edited or resynced once submitted. Double-check your selection before confirming.
  • Check the box “I confirm…” and click Import Reviews to start syncing.

Step 2: Monitor the Status of your Sync

  • The initial sync may take up to five days.
  • After that, new reviews are synced automatically every seven days.
  • Approved reviews will appear on your product detail pages, labelled as “Review from website”.
  • You can also check results in Seller Center under Product Rating > Imported reviews

Where Reviews Appear

After passing moderation (typically within 3 business days), matched and approved reviews are displayed on the Product Ratings tab in Seller Center.

Managing Reviews in Seller Center

Once reviews are synced, a new Imported Reviews tab appears under Product Ratings, with two views:

Actions Available

Matched Reviews= Reviews that are linked and visible to customers
  • View grouped reviews by product
  • Unlink reviews if needed
Unmatched Reviews= Reviews that couldn’t be linked and need manual action
  • Link or delete reviews
  • Filter by product title, external ID, or source app

Managing Unmatched Reviews

Why Some Reviews May Not Match

When reviews are exported from Judge.me to Seller Center, they are matched to TikTok Shop products. Unmatched reviews will not display on your product detail pages and remain invisible to customers.
Reviews may fail to match due to:
  • Missing product identifiers in TikTok Shop (e.g. Shopify ID, GTIN, UPC)
  • Mismatched identifiers between Judge.me and TikTok Shop

Linking Unmatched Reviews

If some reviews aren’t automatically matched during the sync process, you can manually link them by following these steps:
  1. Go to Seller Center > Product Ratings > External Reviews > Unmatched Reviews.
  2. Make sure the correct product identifiers are set up in both Judge.me and TikTok Shop:
    • If you chose to sync using your online store’s product ID:
Confirm with your connector app or system integrator that the product IDs from your store (e.g. Shopify product ID) are correctly applied to your TikTok Shop listings.
  • If you choose to sync using product identifier codes (e.g. GTIN, UPC, EAN, ISBN):
    Ensure those codes are properly added to the corresponding products in TikTok Shop.
    1. Click Link Reviews to attempt re-matching.
    The linking process may take up to one hour to complete.

    Optional: Deleting Unmatched Reviews

    If you no longer want to display unmatched reviews, you can delete them from the same tab by selecting Delete.

    Compliance Reminder

    Imported reviews on TikTok Shop are clearly labelled with their original source and are displayed in line with platform guidelines. Sellers are responsible for ensuring all imported content complies with TikTok Shop policies, including proper use of product identifiers and review accuracy.
