Seller analytics update
What is Earnings Analytics?
This page helps you analyze your shop’s Total Order Income, expenses, and overall profit performance based on all transactions, including paid orders and settled adjustments.
Important Notes:
- Only transactions created after January 1, 2025, are included in the analysis
What's New?
- We introduced Total Order Income, which includes customer-paid shipping fees and provides clearer visibility into your shop’s revenue performance.
- We support multiple time-based filters to help sellers aggregate data and access financial insights based on their specific analysis needs. All filtered data can be exported for further use.
The following time dimensions are currently supported:
- Order Settlement Time
- Order Paid Time
- Order Ship Time
- Order Delivery Time
- We support analysis at both the individual SKU level and the overall account level.
- We support viewing changes in earnings and cost through both charts and tables, enabling sellers to clearly track trends and detailed data.
- We support viewing the breakdown and trends of various expense items.
Expense labels (Seller-configurable in the future)
Expense labels represent the different types of costs associated with operating your shop on TikTok Shop. Customer-paid shipping fees are excluded from expenses as they are included in Total Order Income.
