FAQ

  1. Why does image optimisation appear in both filters? What will happen if I optimize from either one of the tabs?
Product optimiser is designed to optimize your product based on certain scenarios that you want to achieve: recommendation opportunities or search opportunities. Both scenarios require good image quality, hence the appearance of image optimization in both tabs.
If you optimize from either one of the filters, it will be reflected in every scenario.
  1. Why do some products have system generated descriptions while others do not?
Only some product descriptions will have system optimised content. If the product information you've provided is too limited, such as having very short original descriptions, the system may not be able to generate richer product descriptions based on the limited information provided.
  1. Why do some products have revamped images while others do not?
Not all the products will have revamped images. If your images are too complex or blurry, the system may not recognize them for optimization. You will need to manually upload and replace the images.
  1. Do you have any other tools for optimising images?
Yes. We have a tool which enables you to directly edit your images in Seller Center, such as removing the background, changing the background colour, and adjusting the image ratio.
  • After you upload any product images, there will be an "AI optimize" button on the right corner
  • You can click on the button to crop images and change the product background

  1. How often am I required to optimise my product?
It is recommended to check the Product Optimiser regularly to see if your existing products have product information issues. This is to ensure that you can optimize your product as soon as the issue occurs.
