How to Enroll

As of April 2026，TikTok Haya-Ship is currently in pilot — open to sellers via direct invitation or self-initiated application.

Step 2: Submit your application Click the registration link below and fill in your store details and shipping requirements. Once submitted, you'll be notified of the outcome via email and in-app message.

Q1: When using TikTok Haya-Ship, who is responsible for the buyer’s shipping fee?A: Shipping fees on the buyer side are managed by TikTok Shop. If sellers wish to offer free shipping, they can enable the relevant option in the product listing and shipping settings.
Q2: Can sellers choose their own shipping carriers?A: Sellers do not need to select a carrier themselves—TikTok Shop will assign appropriate logistics partners and arrange pickup. If sellers have special requirements or wish to exclude specific carriers, they can contact the platform via Seller Support, and TikTok Shop will handle the request accordingly.
Q3: Do sellers need to bring parcels to a carrier facility or drop-off point themselves?A: At this stage, pickups will be arranged directly from the seller’s warehouse or office, so no self-drop-off is required.
Q4: What are the conditions for discounted shipping rates?A: TikTok Shop calculates each seller’s daily order volume. Sellers with 50 or more orders per day will be eligible for discounted rates starting from the following day. Please refer to the invoice for confirmation of whether the rates have been applied.
Q5: Are there any restrictions on products shipped via TikTok Haya-Ship?A: Currently, fresh products, refrigerated items, and frozen goods are not supported.
Q6: What are the printing requirements for shipping labels under TikTok Haya-Ship?A: A laser printer that supports A4，A5 and A6 label sizes is required. For details, please refer to Seller Academy.
Q7: Can sellers using Amazon FBA, Rakuten RSL, or external 3PL services use Haya-Ship?A: Haya-Ship does not support pickups from Amazon FBA or Rakuten RSL facilities. For sellers using external 3PL warehouses, please coordinate with the warehouse provider. If the 3PL warehouse supports pickup by Haya-Ship’s assigned logistics partners, the service can be used.
Q8: If a seller is currently using ERP systems, can Haya-Ship still be used?A: Haya-Ship connects directly with logistics carriers through Seller Center, enabling tracking number generation and label printing. This can replace some ERP functions. However, sellers can still continue using ERP systems for non-Haya-Ship orders and existing workflows as usual.
