What is Bulk Invitation?

Bulk Invitation allows you to upload a creator list and invite multiple creators at once, making the process far more efficient than sending individual invitations.
This approach ensures that target creators can quickly join campaigns and significantly improves operational efficiency.

Key benefits:

• Efficient outreach: Import up to 100 creators at a time and send invitations to up to 50 creators per batch.
• Simplified management: Use tags to categorize and manage creators within the list, making it easier to filter and track them later.
• Consistent content output: By enabling the "Auto-Approval Request" feature, creator requests can be approved instantly, leading to more posts and a steady content flow.

What You'll Need

• A creator list containing the TikTok usernames of the creators you want to collaborate with

How it works

1. Go to Affiliate Center → Manage Creators → Batch Upload → Download Template

2. Import the List

• You can import up to 100 creators at a time.
• Upload the prepared file to reflect the designated list in the system.

3. Add Tags (Optional)
   
   • Add tags to imported creators. This makes future invitation management easier.
4. Send Targeted Invitations (up to 50 creators per batch)

• Method: From the Manage Creators page, select tagged creators and send invitations directly.

5. Recommended Setting: Auto-Approve Requests
   • To increase the number of posts by creators, we recommend enabling the Auto-Approval requests.
