Two approaches to leverage Product Analytics:

Method 1: Monitor the performance of the shop's product summary data, discover the most popular products and SKUs, and check out the status of products and SKUs quickly.
Method 2: Check the detailed historical performance of all products and SKUs in the shop, analyze the performance of the products from the aspects of product transaction, Shop Tab traffic, content performance, pricing strategy etc. And make adjustments to the operation strategy accordingly.

  • Search:
  • Search for a specific product by product name, product ID, or SKU ID(Searching by SKU ID is only available in the SKU table).
  • Filter:
  • Category: You can select a category from the drop-down list.
  • Product status: active or inactive
After selection, the product list will be refreshed to match the filter selection.
  • Time range:
  • You can select any day or any time range in the past 90 days.

  • Information and indicators of products and SKUs:
  • Product name/ID
  • Status
  • GMV
  • Orders
  • Units sold
  • Gross sales(only available in the SKU table)
  • Actions:
  • Click the product name or View to be redirected to the details page for that specific product/SKU.
  • Hover on the ? to get a definition of the corresponding metric.
  • Sort by one of the metrics to see the product list in descending or ascending order.
  • Click Metrics to customize which metrics are displayed.

Product Details Page

You can find the reasons for a sudden increase or decrease in product transactions, identify issues and improvement strategies in the traffic funnel, learn which livestream/video/creator achieves the most product transactions, choose the most suitable promotion method for a product, and improve shop transactions.
With data from Ratings, Canceled and Refunded Units, Pricing and Inventory blocks, you gain greater visibility into the user reviews, inventory status and pricing strategy of the product on one page.

Shop Tab traffic
  1. Funnel view
In the Shop Tab traffic block, there is a funnel that includes Listing Impression, Page Views, Unique Page Views and Product Buyers.Based on these metrics, there are two rates: click-through rate and conversion rate, which can help you determine revenue issues, whether primarily related to content or products.
The conversion rate is calculated based on the number of unique product buyers among the number of unique page views.
  1. Trend view
Switch to the Trend View tab to track the trends of these four funnel metrics. The Trend View can help you identify the turning points of funnel metrics.

SKU overview
In the SKU overview block, there is a list of the SKU available for the product. For each SKU, there are GMV, units sold, SKU orders data provided. You can sort the list by any of the 3 metrics to discover the best selling SKUs.

Content ranking
Toggle between two ranking list tabs in the Content block to see the top 5 transaction livestreams and top 5 transaction videos.Click See All to open the pop-up window and see the full ranking list with GMV and Units Sold metrics.

Creator ranking
Toggle between the two ranking list tabs in the Creator block to see the top 5 transaction creators in the livestream and video genres separately.Click See All to open a pop-up window and see the full ranking list with Commission Fee, GMV and Units Sold metrics.

Rating & Reviews
In the Ratings block, you can see the overall rating of the product as of the day you view it and the total number of reviews and contributions.You can also use the time selection tool to see the number of new reviews and ratings received during a dynamic time period of your choice.Click on See Ratings & Reviews to open the Product Ratings page.

Reversed Units
In the Reversed Units block, trend lines show the units canceled, returned or refunded. You can also view the combined number of units canceled, returned and refunded during the selected time period.

Inventory
In the inventory block, you can see the current units available for sale and the estimated number of days before all inventory is sold based on the average units sold per day for the past 30 days.Click on Manage Stock to go directly to the management page for the product.

Pricing
In the Pricing block, you can view the price trend over the last 90 days. Hover to see the exact product price versus the average units sold per day during each period of time in which the product price has remained the same. This can help you track your pricing strategy and its corresponding impact on sales.
